Attention M-RETS® Subscribers who are Investor Owned Utilities that have a Government Director for their State or Province on the M-RETS Inc. Board, it's time to vote!

It is time to vote for the Investor Owned Utility Industry Director M-RETS Inc. Board position. The nominees are:

• Kari Clark, Xcel Energy
• Frank Frederickson, Minnesota Power
• Pat Keily, We Energies

Please send an email to Subscriber Group Chair JamesNiccolls@AlliantEnergy.com with your vote by October 31.

The Subscriber Group adopted the attached Process at the October 10 Subscriber Group meeting after taking comments from earlier drafts. The IOU Industry Director Board position will represent IOU's on the M-RETS® Board - eligible voters are IOU's who have an M-RETS Inc. Government Director (regulator) for their State or Province. Other industry groups, such as Co-ops, Muni's and generator owners/marketers have their own Board representatives, and are not eligible to vote for the IOU position.
